Just finished up on purchasing a house as a first time buyer and honestly received the best service ever from this company. From the minute we contacted the solicitors they took over everything and made the process so smooth for us. The whole process went without a hitch and every time I asked a question they got back to me so quickly and spoke with so much respect. As a first time buyer you’re already quite nervous and Pickford Solicitors made me feel at ease and helped so much. Even when the sellers left their belongings in the house, the solicitors chased it up promptly and resolved the matter in a matter of days whilst also calling me to reassure me and advise me. I used Pickfords for my recent property purchase. Mohammed took my initial enquiry before passing my case to Harjinder who became the solicitor who dealt with my case. Harjinder was excellent in keeping me informed and gave updates along the way with the progress of the sale. Whilst the fees were higher than other competitors, I was more than happy with the service I received. You definitely get what you pay for and I feel the price reflected the service I received and some! They have an online case management system to enable customers to communicate with the office and shows what stage your case is currently at. I would recommend Pickfords for your conveyancing without a shadow of a doubt and have already passed their details to my friends and family!

I was incredibly impressed with the service received from this firm. I highly recommend Pickford Solicitors. Jas and his team represented us when selling our day nursery and were amazing throughout the process. When we faced challenges ( which is inevitable when selling a business and building), Jas remained calm and positive and worked through whatever was needed to be done.
