We recently used Pickford for the sale and purchase of our property. We were hoping to complete before the stamp duty deadline so timing was very important. As luck will have it, we had Laura Bridgwater on our side. Among the many things we appreciated working with Laura is that she always responded to emails. It was easy to reach Laura on the phone and when she is not available, she will always call back.

I honestly thought it was all over, but Pickford never let me down. They were on their game, and made my dream home a reality thanks to their perseverance and professionalism. We have used Pickford for our chosen solicitors for completing a number of pharmacy acquisitions and we also recently used them for acquiring a property. I have to say they are smooth in completing both aspects of deals. Aisha was allocated our deal. Any time we required communication or updates we were able to get from her. She provided full transparency and the obstacles the deal presented were efficiently overcome by her to allow us a completion well within our agreed time frame. Definitely recommend Pickford for pharmacy/commercial property acquisitions.

Today I have completed the sale of my parents home due to them both now being in care. Having used Pickfords Solicitors previously I did not hesitate in using their service again. Once again I can do nothing but praise the entire team from my first contact with Rachel McDonald, then with Harjinder Singh and finally Laura Bridgewater. Laura dealt with the majority of the sale and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in assisting with my use of Power of Attorney to complete the sale.
