A MASSIVE thank you to Daljit and Esther at Pickfords. Both worked around the clock continuously for months and months to help us secure our first home. The service provided was outstanding and despite having a couple of homes that had fallen through (through no fault of our own) they remained patient, positive and dignified. Dalit had great legal knowledge and represented us very well with a few boundary and right of way issues, working for our best interests at all times. Whenever we had any queries or concerns, we could get in contact with Daljit or Esther to discuss and that was reassuring. We were grateful to be kept in the loop. Excellent support throughout the entire process! We had an online portal that showed our progress from start to finish with a percentage of completion as well as a list of actions currently in progress and completed. Most paperwork was completable online while most forms could be uploaded through the same portable.
We received weekly E-mails on progress and any times we were unsure about things, we were able to email our solicitor, who would email us back very quickly.
