Excellent support throughout the entire process! We had an online portal that showed our progress from start to finish with a percentage of completion as well as a list of actions currently in progress and completed. Most paperwork was completable online while most forms could be uploaded through the same portable.
We received weekly E-mails on progress and any times we were unsure about things, we were able to email our solicitor, who would email us back very quickly.

HOWLA is a very good communication tool used by the practice that helped with the house buying/selling process. Not to mention they were only a phone call away if we had any queries.
