Just had a desk delivered, really happy with it. From ordering to delivery couldn't have been easier.
Customer service initially was fantastic. I rang on the day to confirm delivery day and the gentleman on the end of the phone was really helpful.
The two chaps who dropped the desk off couldn't have been better.
The product itself is perfect and probably would have cost a whole lot more new!

I needed a new chair for my office at home but wanted to be able to try some out.
ORS had loads available for me to try from budget friendly options to high end quality. I received good honest advice and they even helped load it into my car.

Visiting ORS is like visiting Aladdin's cave. I am setting up my first office and following some really good recommendations, I thought I'd pop in and see what furniture I could find. The quality and range of furniture is incredible, we found the colours and the styles that we wanted of desks, office chairs and lounge chairs and tables. The delivery of the items was seamless also, on time, set up as requested and cleaned by the guys doing it. Thoroughly good experience from start to finish and highly recommended.

I recently had the need to purchase a new office chair and went along to the Burton showroom on a Saturday where I met Karl who was very helpful and knowledgable. I have to say I have never seen so many chairs of different style and sizes. Needless to say found exactly what i needed at a very competitive price. It was loaded in to my car and away I went very happy.

Very helpful team at ORS UK in Burton. They made every effort to show me the items that I had seen online. Once purchased they packed and carried everything the car and loaded it all into the back safely. I’m delighted with the chairs and table. Great condition and superb value for money.

The team that came and delivered and remove our office furtniutre were excellent! They were professional, helpful, and made my job much easier. They even offered to come back to set up the boardroom table for us. Highly recommend this company! :)

I only needed one chair but the service and attention to my needs was fantastic - you would have thought I was ordering hundreds! The stock they have really does have ot be seen to be believed and the price was very reasonable. but obviously the main thing is that the chair was high quality and is exactly what we needed. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thanks to Karl and all the team at ORS.

We needed a lockable shelf unit for our home-office and ORS had just what we needed. We opted to collect, as we lived fairly local and had a look around the showroom when were were there. A lot of good funiture. Thanks to Karl for good communication thoughout. Would definately look there again if we needed anything, and would recommend to anyone else.

Couldn’t recommend ORS enough! The staff have been incredibly accommodating and great to deal with. The whole process was seamless and I received fantastic quality furniture at a very reasonable price. They have a wide selection to choose from and also assisted me selecting the best style chairs and desks for me and my team. I dealt with Kevin who took the time to listen to my requirements and advise accordingly. Chloe is also an asset to the company and goes above and beyond. I will only be using ORS going forwards for all of my office furniture needs.
