Excellent from start to finish
I went to HCB, previously known as Billson and Sharp, having had previous experience with the latter, when I decided to sell my property.
Jayne Dalby was excellent right from the very beginning. We worked together as a team and she supported me every step of the way, as I had never sold a property before. Her communication was frequent and consistent throughout the rather lengthy and frustrating sale, and she was always available for me. Jayne is patient and understanding, and continued to persist on my behalf throughout the whole process.
I would recommend HCB, particularly Jayne, and won’t hesitate to use them again. Fantastic experience. Thank you Jayne.

Fantastic service. Sam Marandi went above and beyond to ensure our sale went through very quickly in the middle of a pandemic and with the Stamp duty deadline looming. She kept us up to date every step of the way even emailing us out of hours. She was so professional caring and had our best interests at heart in what was not a straightforward sale. HCB were the Executors for my mothers Estate who passed away 18 January 2019 . Helen Jolly was managing this on behalf of my sister and myself, and despite the DWP intervention delay ,she brought the account to a satisfactory conclusion. Helen involved us with up to date reports and dealt with matters sympathetically in an emotional period.

I chose HCB Solicitors purely based on the positive Google reviews. I was not disappointed. I seeked advice within family law with Naheeda Kausar and she was brilliant throughout the entire process. Naheeda knew I was on a limited budget and she did everything she could to keep costs within that budget. Her attention to detail was excellent and the court commended her paperwork within the final order as "immaculate". I would recommend the solicitors to anyone. 5 stars!

Bankruptcy and eviction
I was advised to get in touch with Karen Dring at HCB Solicitors, Solihull after my husband was made bankrupt and my family were evicted from our home. I can not speak highly enough of Karen and her work on my behalf. She was extremely professional when dealing with both myself and the bankruptcy solicitors, who were less than co-operative. She kept me informed and updated every step of the way, even replying to my emails out of office hours. At a time when I have never been so emotionally and mentally fragile, I felt supported by Karen and reassured to have her on my side. I would like say what a superb service i have received off Rachael Howe over many years with purchasing properties to remortgages and now buying the Freehold of one of my properties. The work she puts in to make myself stress free is outstanding and when she moved from her previous employee to Hcb Berry & Berry i followed. I have seven houses in my portfolio that i let and Rachael has dealt with the majority of them, always in timely manner, flow of information is outstanding always keeping myself well informed on the progress or when their issues that arise that they are ironed out before the contract is signed and sealed. A friend of mine is about to remortgage his house in Somerset and i suggested Rachael and as he has seen how smoothly things have gone for me, he has taken up on my suggesting.
