Transfer and sale.
We found the service received very satisfactory. We had direct lines to the solicitors, conveyencers and the phone was was picked up 99 % of the time. Robert Slade is a credit not only to himself but HCB. Not having used this company before, I was a little apprehensive. I need not have worried. I contacted HCB solicitors regarding an employer settlement agreement. Got in touch with Mr. Daniel Da Silva. Mr. Silva was extremely professional and provided me with the right advise and helped me explain each clause in the agreement. Our final move
Had used the excellent Billson & Sharp Solicitors for our first house purchase many years ago and had believed that they were not in the business any longer so were really glad to find out that HCB had taken them over a few years previously.
The conveyancing for both the sale of our house and purchase of a new one was undertaken by Jill Hames and both my wife and I were pleased to find that the friendliness and professionalism are the same now as they were back in 1995. As a result we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this fantastic company.

Excellent Service
Cannot recommend Nicola and Lindsey enough. Nicola was so helpful throughout the process, even though it got off to a very slow start on the sellers side which was frustrating for us all! Lindsey picked up our case in the last few weeks of the sale and kept us in the loop when things were progressing. Excellent service and Professionalism
Samantha Marandi and Becky German worked above and beyond to ensure the sale and completion of our property was done in quick time even with problems occuring from the beginning on the original buyers end and redirecting to a new buyer with deadlines to meet. Samantha even took her own time in annual leave to ensure our sale was completed on the final day which we are forever grateful. Making new wills
I had been a client of Billson and Sharp, now HCB, and had a close relationship since 1976 with my solicitor Patrick Cleaver, who has now retired. I needed to make new wills for myself and my wife and solicitor Emma Gardner was able to do this swiftly and efficiently in spite of the restrictions imposed by the Covid situation The process was handled extremely well and I am very pleased that the new company has retained the values and friendly atmosphere of the previous one.
