I have dealt with solicitors before who were never available who didn't return your calls. But that was not a problem at HCB Solicitors every email every phone call every request I made was dealt with. I would definitely use them again.

Once again Emma Gardner has worked very hard to help our family go through another probate situation. She has kept us up to date all the way through and though at times it has been difficult, Emma has made the experience easy for us. I have also used HCB for other things like buying and selling a properry and the service has been first rate on every occasion.

My sister and I recently had dealings with Sharon Ferguson and Alex Martin at HCB solicitors Leigh, Sharon regarding my sisters divorce and Alexandria regarding both of our wills.
Sharon went above and beyond always returning calls from us promptly and dealing with what ever we needed efficiently, Sharon is such a friendly lady that put both my sister and myself at ease, and took her time carefully explaining everything to us, because as I've found out on my sisters behalf divorce is an intense and confusing business.
As for Alexandria she was another friendly but professionally lady that simplified the processes of writing a will for us, I did not intend to write my will, but I was impressed with Alexandria So I decided to do so.
I cannot recommend Sharon and Alexandria enough, and I will recommend their services if I know of anyone that's may need them.

Exceptional Service & Support from our Solicitor - Samantha Marandi
Samantha Marandi was our solicitor for the selling and purchase of our new property. Right throughout Samantha would keep me updated and would respond immediately with any concerns we had. We had an exceptional case were there were issues with the solicitor at the bottom of the chain which nearly caused our chain to collapse, however if it wasn’t for Samantha going above and beyond to get these issues resolved I believe the whole chain would have collapsed. If you want an exceptional solicitor that also truly cares about her clients welfare I would highly recommend Samantha. Thank you for helping and supporting us through this stressful time.
