Kieran, Dean, Pete we’re excellent they made the move so much less stressful than we thought. Nothing we’re to much trouble. By the time I got to they new house everything was out of there van and in the rooms that I had asked.

I recently hired Franklins Removals for the removal of my mum's holiday apartment in the Alps back to the UK. My initial telephone chat with Emma was very friendly and reassuring, and subsequent email correspondence with Ben was prompt and thorough. Michael and Simon were our onsite removal team and provided us with an extremely professional, friendly and speedy service. They communicated well in advance regarding their estimated arrival time and not even an unexpected snowfall delayed their schedule. They even braved the weather with shorts! All in all, a remarkably stress-free experience. Not what you would usually expect from any type of move :) Many thanks to all the Franklins team.

From start to finish Ben and Emma gave us a great service. We were moving my elderly Mother from our childhood home into a retirement apartment. They were quick to respond to my enquiry, the quotation was easy to do online, the process was smooth and efficient and they even organised the clearance company to take what she no longer needed. We had the packing service too and the removal guys were lovely, even taking time to listen to Mom playing the piano in her new apartment. Nothing was too much trouble. Well recommended!

Our 2nd house move with Franklins, and we didn't even consider going to another company!
Once again. Franklins delivered an exceptional service, and this time it was a UK move, the 1st time was an International move from France back home to the UK.
Each time has been the BEST removal we could have wished for; the guys worked over and above to make it easy, helpful and efficient. We had Pete, Kieran and Dean this time, and they were brilliant. They are clearly experienced, observant, careful, quick ....and funny to boot!
We could not have wished for a better removal, once again, and will recommend Franklins to anyone who asks for an exceptional removal company. Ben and Emma in the office are excellent at communicating and keeping the plan in place.

We were well pleased with the service received at all levels from Franklins. We received a good price and all the booking and payment processes were easy and swift.
The lads who came to collect our stuff arrived promptly at 5.30pm in the pitch black and pouring down rain! They just got on with the job so well and were finished in a couple of hours. A couple of coffees kept them going and they tols us a couple of amusing anecdotes from their travels.
We asked them if they could pass on that we needed to split our furniture etc into 2 separate units at the storage centre, i.e all the garden and barn stuff into the smaller lock up. They promised to pass on this request.
A week later when we visited the lock up we were delighted to find this had been done and so it was easy to select what to move and what neede to stay in store!
Many thanks to everyone at Franklins for their brilliant service and the amiable nature of their personnel.

Excellent removals company. Whole process was very professional, from Steve's friendly quote, to Emma helping reserve our slot despite uncertainty in our chain, then on the day Gary, Kieran and Jordan moved everything with ease and were very patient whilst we waited to get our keys.

We moved from France to the UK in September and Franklins were there every step of the way. The Removal Guys were brilliant. They dealt with getting our sofas over a first floor balcony, which was no mean feat. They collected on a Wednesday and were back in the UK the following morning delivering my furniture. The service was just fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone planning a move

Fabulous service from Franklin's extremely competitive quotation & excellent customer service throughout. The lads had a difficult collection of our belongings from my Brothers Muddy Farm in the UK on Friday but they didn't complain once.
Simon and Michael were fantastic today Monday amazing turn around !! They called and text to inform us in the morning of their ETA here in France and arrived as scheduled. We hired Franklin's removals to move our belongings as we were relocating from the UK to central France. Their quote was very reasonable. I was sent forms to complete and typed up an inventory so Franklin's could deal with customs for me. Michael and Lee contacted me when the arrived in France to give me an ETA. They arrived on time and got straight to work. They were friendly, efficient, well organised and took great care with our possessions. Franklins did a fairly complicated part-load pick up from France with storage and delivery to Worcestershire. Their crews were very helpful, skilled and good to deal with and their help with post-Brexit customs was excellent.

From the very start of our experience with Franklins it has been 2nd to none. Both Emma & Ben have been so helpful with regards to the logistics & customs clearance at the office, then the level of communication with the drivers Simon & Kieran kept us up-to speed and true to their word 7am in SW France the well presented truck arrived. We have a tight access to our property this was no problem granted it took a few attempts but they did not give up. Unloading was no issue to these guys, polite and well presented in Franklin's uniform. They had no problem putting possessions wherever you needed them. Thank you everyone

I had great experience from start to finish with Franklins. We had our items removed from our house (whilst we weren't there), stored for 3 months, then imported into the EU at a later date. I was supported through the various (and at times complex) steps with clear, friendly and simple communications, and help was provided whenever requested. Franklins did exactly what they said they would, without fuss or complications. Our items arrived carefully packed and in good condition. Thank you guys!
