I was recommended to use Franklin’s after my aunt and grandad moved using them earlier this year, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. David and Karl were the utmost professionals, they were super patient and careful with moving everything, disassembled and reassembled everything in record time, and we’re especially helpful in lifting a washing machine to the other side of a very narrow galley kitchen!
My partner is moving next week and they are already booked in with them for the move. 5 stars, would definitely use them again!

I can’t recommend Franklins highly enough. Their price was competitive, communications speedy and effective. We had difficult access at both ends of our move, both were handled brilliantly. The drivers were professional and speedy. If you need a move to France I’d recommend Franklins, if I need any future items moved to France I’ll be using them again.

Fantastic service from start to finish - Ben was very patient with us as we exchanged and completed on the same day which was very stressful! Thank you so much to Fraser, Simon, Lewis and Tobias who loaded us up and Frazer and Adam who unloaded us - they were all brilliant! We would definitely recommend Franklins!

I have now used Franklins twice in the last 18 months. First to move back from the Creuse region in France to the UK (Canterbury), then again this last week when they moved me up to my new home on the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides. In both instances the teams that did the work were excellent and were extremely efficient, helpful and very friendly. This last move was a little more complicated with pickups in two different locations in the UK and the planning/logistics were handled well by the admin team back in the office. I would not hesitate in either using them again or recommending them to anyone who is contemplating a house move, here in the UK or abroad.

Very professional and great value for money, we were guided in the paperwork for our move from the UK to Northern France and Karl, Dean and the other chap (sorry I couldn’t remember your name!) moved all our belongings with great skill and care - and with a smile. Nothing lost and nothing damaged! We felt really lucky with their service. Definitely recommend 👍

I'm a little late with my review but I would like to thank everyone who helped organise my move from the dreadful storage facility to my new home, especially the lads - who are a perfect example of what professional removals are like. Lovely lads, sense of humour which is vital on these occasions and just thoroughly recommended. Will not hesitate to use them again

I've used Franklins Removals on two moves now, taking my stuff into and out of storage, and to and from houses which both had quite tricky access. Dean, Lewis and all the rest of the guys have done a brilliant job each time, and are great to work with on the day. After a couple of bad experiences with other companies, I couldn't recommend Franklins highly enough for your next move.

It had been 27 years since our last house move so was a bit worried about it. From my first call to Franklins, Emma was very reassuring and professional. She was able to answer all my questions. Ben came to do the survey and we had a very competitively priced quote. He was also able to advise us about how to transport more fragile items. The quote included lots of boxes and packing materials.
On the day of the move they arrived early and Gary and Pete carefully packed our mirrors and big pictures. The carpets were covered with blankets and Lewis, Tobias and Fraser had the whole house and garage contents in the van in about 2 hours. They worked really hard and I was impressed with the care they took with our stuff. They were really professional and polite.
When we got to our new house they put all our labelled boxes in the right places and made sure we were happy before they left. Special thanks to Tobias for trying to help me find the broadband router that I later found in the car!

Guided through complicated international move by very helpful, patient and knowledgeable office staff. Pickup was as forecast (although almost a day early!!) and extremely efficient and professional. Delivery was on time and again, very efficient. Lots of vulnerable items and not a single item damaged. Would recommend.

We moved today from Sutton Coldfield to Barton under Needwood not the longest journey but a 4 hour delay with certain funds not being immediately available. The guys got to our house at 8am this morning and finished at 7pm tonight, they were uber positive all day nothing was to much trouble, torrential rain as well to boot.
