My car was in a Jaguar main dealer for a service and also to have a DPF fault fixed. The DPF warning light was on stating the DPF was FULL. Jaguar told me they had put my car on the diagnostic machine and it stated the DPF was full and neither a passive regeneration or forced regeneration could be carried out. The DPF had to be replced with the cost of the DPF at £3993.00.
I subsequently contacted Fitch Autos, initially spoke to Nicky and explained the problem. I was impressed with NIck's knowledge of DPF's and the fact it should not full with only 10K on the clock.
The told me to drop it in the follwoing day and they would look at it. I was not holding out much hope as after all Jaguar are experts with Jaguars...right?
Clearly not......the fault was fixed within a couple of hours of dropping the car off. The bill was a mere £90.00!!
They could of easily told me it was faulty and sold me a DPF at half price and i would of paid.
However the are super honest and clearly know what they are doing. From now on that is the only garage i will use for my cars and my families as they saved me £3900.00.
They get a huge thumbs up fro me.

Always apprehensive when using new and unknown garage. But no need. Great service, comms and quality work. Very reasonable on pricing. Would highly recommend and use again. Comfortable to recommend to others.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received at Fitch Autos. Our car went to another garage first who couldn’t get it going. But Fitch autos never had any doubts about finding the issue and filled us with reassurance from the word go. We were given a courtesy car and The correspondence throughout was spot on. We were kept in the loop every step of the way. We will certainly be using them again and would recommend them to anyone, especially if your looking for fault diagnostics. Very honest and trustworthy. Plus for the amount of word we had done it was a very reasonable price.

Have been using Fitch Autos for a number of years now and I wouldn't use any other car mechanics in the area, Fitch Autos are reliable,experts in their field and extremely reasonable prices,all the staff are polite and very knowledgeable,they can't do enough for their customers. Best mechanics in the area,you won't find better, five stars all the way

Car was in for a noise I had for months. They advised I had a blown shock absorber and top mount which I had replaced but the noise was still there, they had my car in again and replaced the wheel bearing free of charge.

Very happy they answered questions I had before booking in. Completed service and took the time to work out a light that wouldn't turn off! Added bonus of courtesy cars which was easier for me and any future bookings.

Excellent service, sorted the problem with suzuki no problem, could have easily told me it eas something else n cost me a fortune, but didnt, dead honest, very rare these days, will defo be going there again, great guys, recomending to friends and family, thanks guys, defo 5 stars

My wife took her Corsa in this week and then received a phone call saying it was danderous to drive (only MOT'd in Feb by a different garage) gave some brilliant advice, provided photos of corrosion, faultless service.
