Excellent, professional service provided by Rich. Full explanation/proposal of works discussed prior to investigation undertaken to understand exact cause of issue. Works then carried out thoroughly to ensure no repeat issue and that nothing had been missed. Sorted my issue out in no time meaning I had full use of my kitchen sink again! Thank you, very much appreciated after an awful few days for my family.

Phoned at 10.20am and explained what the problem was,woman on the phone was lovely and said an engineer would be with me after 1pm,Zak arrived at about 2.20pm and promptly flushed out my blocked waste pipe and then checked the drain pipe for any damage done with a flexi camera,Zak was courteous and helpful by giving me some advice on how to prevent any blockages in the future,Totally professional company with lovely employees.

Zac attended my property to initial pump out the cellar if water, but in so doing he established that there was a blockage in the main drains which had caused the cellar flood. Zac then spent several hours locating and jetting out the stubborn blockage. He thought he was going to be defeated, but he persevered and totally cleared out the problem blockage. … Many thanks for your efforts 🙏… would definitely recommend!!

The whole experience was very enlightening. First class service. Jake arrived the next day and explained what was happening at every stage. He showed us everything that was obstructing the drain on the screen and then tried to unlock as much of the roots as possible. Unfortunately the drain was damaged so we are having further work as a result. Jake was friendly and very professional.
