Luke came out to me. First contacted me ny phone, asked a few questions before arriving.
When he get here he did the job, explained everything to me and was a credit to the company.

These guys were amazing! I had purchased a new house and encountered a blocked toilet within the first few days. A local trades person had quoted me £600 to fix the issue as I have an internal stack.
The engineer came out and resolved the issue for less than £200 (and it was a Sunday!)- he also cleaned up the mess left by the local tradesman from the previous day - I cant recommend these highly enough - honestly resolved a loads of stress and were preofessional, friendly and understanding. Thank you so much !

Andy came out to inspect an issue we had with a poor aroma coming up from under the floor. Was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He assessed first for us free of charge and then discussed with me next steps to carry out a camera inspection of the drain that lead to us finding the route of the problem quickly.
