I went there with my friend for a late lunch today for the first time. As the restaurant is upstairs, it gave the appearance from outside of being closed, but we ventured up the stairs to explore.....
What a pleasant surprise awaited us. It is spotlessly clean, well decorated in a stylish way and very roomy. The waiter was very friendly and helpful but without being over-bearing. The service was spot on and we were made to feel very welcome.
The food was ample, delicious and freshly cooked, too. The lunchtime special was two courses for £6.95 each.There wasn`t the biggest choice in the world from the lunch menu, but we could have chosen from the main menu if we wanted, and what was there was perfectly adequate.
Would I visit there again? YES most definitely. On fact, I have plans to take other friends and business contacts there in the near future. Highly recommended and I wish I had gone there before.

We eat at Da Vinci's on a fairly regular basis. There is a large choice on the menu and the food is excellent. The Sunday set menu is extremely good value. We have taken friends along many times and have also celebrated special occasions there together with our business Christmas meal. The service is very good and the staff are very welcoming.

There were 8 of us for a meal at 7:30. We'd been before so we knew what to expect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The meals were lovely and hot. Really enjoyed the evening.

We ate hear last Wedenesday with family celebrating our Daughters birthday.
Four of us had the set menu at £16.95 which included a bottle of house wine for every couple, The menu was very varied with a great selection on all three courses. The food was really good and all was piping hot when received.Fantastic value cant wait for our next visit.

My niece booked Davincis for her birthday meal with the family and the whole evening was fantastic, all our meals where first class and the service by all the staff was excellent.

A group of 8 friends had a great time here. The menu was typical Italian fare but the food was terrific. The service was good and the atmosphere was warm even though restaurant was large . Will visit again with a large group.

We dined as a pre-booked large group. When we arrived the tables were already set up and laid out for our party. The staff were most welcoming.

The service really stands out at this restaurant, the staff really seem to take time to make sure you are happy and have everything you need. The food is also really good, authentic tasting Italian. There's lots of space between the tables so you don't feel on top of other diners like you do in a lot of restaurants.

Been going to Da Vinci's for years. Always been very good. Started going on Boxing Day as a family get together a couple of years ago. Normal very good service and food at normal weekday prices. Very good value. Thanks again

First time we have been here, it was recommended by a friend. Excellent value for money you won't go home hungry as the main meals are very generous portions. The staff are friendly too and the service on our visit was very good.

Made the mistake of having the mushrooms not what I expected, steak I had was okay but after this place had been talked up so much too me I was a little disappointed!

We visited 29/10/2016 for our anniversary meal. Arrived and was shown straight to a table with no wait time. The layout is nice and large but I do think they need an area that is just for seating tables of 2, we were put on a large table for 4 people amongst families with young children (not ideal for a couple celebrating an anniversary). Staff were very attentive and came and took our drinks order straight away leaving us to look at the menus. Ordered our starters and mains together. Starters came out very quickly. I didn't think much of the prawn salad but other half enjoyed his duck rolls. We ordered the Chateaubriand for our main which was lovely but is served with a very small portion of vegetables so we ordered extra sides to go with it. Desert was fine and the coffee was very nice. The staff are lovely and worked well serving all their customers. My only bugbear with this restaurant is the costs of drinks, £5.98 for a Jack Daniels & lemonade is very pricey considering Weatherspoons over the road will serve the same drink for £3.00! All in all a nice evening out.

Every time I come here I have the same meal, the fillet steak in a brandy and cream sauce with bacon lardons. The steak is always cooked to perfection and I am never dissatisfied ! My partner always has the arribiata pasta dish which he loves and we both share a cheesy garlic bread

We had to ask for the dessert menu rather than being offered it, also they forgot to cook our friends little ones pasta so as the mains came out , our friends little boy was sat waiting for another 5-10 mins for his dinner and getting grouchy. Maybe a suggestion would be to feed the kids first!
we also had to ask for a 2nd round of drinks rather than being asked if we wanted drinks so I think there could definitely be improvements on service Other than this we will definitely be returning. The food is gorgeous and we just simply love it here
