Great service yet again from Carpets Direct 2 U.
All of the carpets in my house are from CD2U - they always offer a friendly and helpful service with good quality carpet at a great price.
I needed a new carpet for my baby nursery and I am delighted with it. I simply went in with my measurements, picked a roll, got some advice and then it was fitted quickly the next week.

Recently had a new carpet for conservatory. Very impressive range of carpets available and good advice given in shop of different types. Carpets to suit all price ranges. Fitting was good and overall very pleased with service given.

The Aldridge branch is a shambles.
1st fitting. Booked for between 9.00-10.00am told we would be 1st job. 10.30 still not arrived, rang to be told doing another job 1st. No apology, no phone call, very poor.
2nd fitting. Gave another chance. Booked again 2 weeks in advance to ensure 9.00am fitting and told no problem. 10.15am still not arrived, rang to be told fitter booked a day`s holiday (surely not my problem) and replacement fitter wouldn`t get to us till PM. Again, no apology, no phone call. To be fair the manager diverted a fitter so we got sorted albeit 3 hours late.
The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing and is a total and utter shambles of a company.
Will most definitely not be going back.

Highly recommend. We went into the Pelsall store and the staff were so polite, friendly and informative. Being our first home, this was the first time we've bought carpet/vinyl, so we were a little unsure of the whole process but the staff were more than happy to explain everything to us, including how to check if our existing underlay needed replacing - they definitely have the customer's best interests in mind, rather than trying to sell unnecessary extras. We ordered our carpet and vinyl on Saturday and it was fitted yesterday by a really polite, friendly and professional man called Fab. I am really pleased and was so impressed with the whole service from start to finish, I couldn't fault them and will definitely be using them again when we replace carpet in other parts of the house. Thank you!

Highly recommend! We went into the Pelsall shop after being recommended by a friend and so pleased we did. There were no pushy sales and the advice we were given was great, it was more about the right carpet for us and not trying to sell us the most expensive. Everyone who comes round now compliments us on our carpet, we love it! Thank you!

Shopped around loads of stores. Found a really nice carpet here and they priced competitively. They were really flexible around my awkward fitting dates and actually ended up sending a fitter on a Saturday morning with only two days notice. The carpet looks fantastic and we get compliments every time someone visits the house.

I am absolutely DELIGHTED with my new bedroom carpet from Carpets Direct 2 U in Pelsall. Rob gave me great advice on what carpet would be best - I had one carpet in mind but he advised a better one which was still the same price. Good old fashioned honest, customer service - no salesmen or upselling - they are a friendly, family run business that do what is best for the customer at a great price. Have used for several rooms now.
