Purchasing was simple, the price was very competitive, the follow up was excellent and the rug looks great.

To be honest our whole house is carpeted by Carpets Direct 2 U but last month re did our sons carpet. The staff were brilliant showed us all the options, the price incredible, and a couple of days later they came to fit it. Goes without saying that I would happily recommend.
