The gym is very clean and has all equipment needed for a workout which is kept in good condition too. The staff are very friendly especially Tan and Lucey who are always very helpful.

Been a member since day one friendly staff great equipment and generous floor space. There is an Evolt machine that you can regularly use to measure your weight and biometrics and it is open 24 hours with members parking

I am so happy I rejoined again, the entire team are so lovely and welcoming, always up for a chat and to motivate you when your feeling demotivated.
The staff are always active, keeping the place clean at all times, answering any questions you may have.
The members are just as much the highlight as the team, everyone is so friendly, welcoming and real family like atmosphere, everyone helps one and other, and its a very respectful and just nice place to come and train

I joined this gym about a month ago, it is a bit more expensive than some gyms but for me it has been worth it. The staff are friendly, and the other gym goers wipe down their equipment after use (my biggest gripe at gyms). The equipment is in good condition and most importantly it is clean. Someone is always cleaning or hoovering. Overall very Pleased. Trev

This gym has really made me fall back in love with being at the gym! Lovely staff members who always acknowledge you before you leave and when you enter. Gym is so clean, never too busy and even other members are lovely. Would 100% recommend :)!

I've been a member of a few gyms, and AF Aldridge is far and away the best.
Kate and her team obviously love what they do, and create a brilliant atmosphere, making you feel valued and appreciated as a member.
The gym is clean and well-maintained, with cardio, resistance machines and free weights offering a great choice for your workout, with the bonus that you can go at any time of day or night.
The membership is hugely varied in terms of age, ability and whatever else you can think of, and I feel comfortable and confident at AF Aldridge, and always welcome.
I have no hesitation in saying membership at AF Aldridge has been a major factor in the success of my fitness journey. 10/10, would recommend.
