Recently whilst on holiday 1st Time Fix replaced my boiler and heating system. It was nice on getting home to have a warm house with all work completed to a very high standard with no snagging, although I know this required the firm to go above and beyond to ensure the perfect result. Engineer arrived in no time to fix our boiler. Problem solved in no time, as he had everything he needed on his van. Room left clean and tidy too!! Engineer was polite and very helpful, would definitely use again and recommend
