1st class service from 1st Time Fix. Thanks to Stephen and Chris for rearranging their week to fit a new boiler when ours broke. From quote to fitting was less than a week! Excellent customer service, kept informed throughout the job, clean and tidy,really nice guys. Would highly recommend.

We would not hesitate to use 1st Time Fix again. Stephen completed the job thoroughly, at a very reasonable price, a very clean worker and contacted us after completion to ensure everything was working correctly.<br>Fantastic service from start to finish! Had a complete new boiler fitted by Stephen. Old back boiler system exchanged for a new combi boiler. Was very accommodating ahead of time (sorting days etc).. really prompt (only a week from first visit to fitting .. and could have been quicker, but worked around my availability ).. really good price considering level of work involved .. and did a quality job. Very clean and tidy, incredibly professional and would throughly recommend.

I can highly recommend Stephen at 1st Time fix.
I used to pay an energy company for my boiler cover. Never again. Last year when I was left without heating for a week when the temperature outside was minus 7, Stephen didn’t hesitate to come out and give me a second opinion on my boiler.
This visit Stephen was half an hour early. Supplied and fitted a new shower. Serviced my boiler and spotted one of the rubber tubes inside the boiler had perished. Also spotted a water leak on the pump the so called energy company said was fine last time they visited , even though they knew it was leaking.
I’m really pleased with the price charged and the service was above and beyond ! My family are using 1st Time Fix aswell now.

I contacted Stephen to look at my disabled mom's boiler that was leaking last week. He came the following day to check it out and we agreed a new boiler was the way to go. He juggled his workload and fitted my mom in this week with the aid of Chris. Both Chris and Stephen were very accommodating and sorted access and commencement of work efficiently and with great, speedy completion. I recommend 1st time fix and will be spreading the word about their fantastic work. Thanks lads!

Fitted a new Worcester Bosch boiler, including installing new pipe work under the floorboards in a difficult to reach space. Stephen is a credit to his profession, kept me informed on what he was doing and is polite and well mannered.

Recently whilst on holiday 1st Time Fix replaced my boiler and heating system. It was nice on getting home to have a warm house with all work completed to a very high standard with no snagging, although I know this required the firm to go above and beyond to ensure the perfect result.
