From the initial call with Lotty who organised the team, to the quick response from the engineer Stephen who arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem and set about ordering the relevant parts. The repair was completed, I was shown the faulty parts and all was left clean and fully operational. Very pleased with 1st Time Fix, and would recommend them to anyone in need of a professional plumbing/gas service. Thank you

Another amazing fix from 1st Time Fix. We had a leak into our hall way. I called them on a sunny Friday lunch time and they were with us within the hour.
Not only did they come. They investigated, solved the issue and finished the works within the next hour.
I don’t know how many plumbers you can call on a sunny Friday afternoon that will pick up the phone let alone turn up and complete the works so efficiently.
Don’t use anyone else. This is the plumbing and heating firm you need.

Excellent service from start to finish. The lady in the office was friendly, helpful, and kept us updated throughout the whole process. The lads on site were professional, polite, and worked really hard to get everything sorted quickly and to a high standard. They left everything clean and tidy afterwards too.
