My combi boiler was leaking. I was quite stressed but Steve stopped the water & put my mind at ease. A part was needed so we had to wait a few days without hot water but we managed. A return appointment was made when the part arrived. Steve fitted it & did our annual service. The whole experience all the way through was excellent. Lottie kept us informed. We received text messages to let us know he was on the way. Pleased with the repair & service. Will definately use this company again.

This was the first time I used 1st Time Fix and it was a good experience, Steve and his colleague found the fault in my oil boiler by working methodology and fixed the blockage on at visit.
A friendly professional service throughout from making the first contact via email until the job was completed.
The only thing I could suggest is that on the message you send out the day before you attend there's estimated time of arrival (AM or PM) it would save the customer having to ring up on that day to find out.
That said, if you need heating boiler repairs or support I would recommend 1st Time Fix every time, they will be my first call when I need my boiler serviced or something else in the future.

Our oil boiler broke down yesterday and this company were recommended by a neighbour. The roads today are full of snow making travel difficult and we have a wood burner so were eexpecting to wait a few days but Steve and his apprentice were with us in an hour and not only fixed the boiler but serviced it and ran safety checks ensuring all was well. Absolutely fantastic service from 2 very knowledgeable lads. After being left without heat and hot water for 3 days following a botched ‘service’ of our gas oil boiler by another company, they discovered that the filter hadn’t been cleaned, the carbon deposit hadn’t been removed and that the monoxide readings were double the safe limit. We’d being smelling exhaust like fumes for 3 days after the original ‘service’. So lucky that things didn’t get a whole lot worse…. First Time Fix took the time to explain what was wrong, what should have been done and show us what they’d done. Can’t recommend them highly enough!
