Mac has just left after replacing the motor in our large roller door. He diagnosed the problem at a previous visit and we organised a time for the work to be done. He came exactly as arranged (having phoned to let me know he was en route). There were several unexpected complications during the job but we found workarounds and everything was completed to my total satisfaction. Despite the complications the original - very reasonable - quoted price was honoured. MD are definitely going into my contacts list.
