Phoned md garage doors to do a repair to the wire that was fraying ! Max came round within a few hours of phoning and done a great repair and service ,works better now than it
was first installed!! Can highly recommend ,professional throughout many thanks
Had to have max come & repair a broken spring , these were obsolete as of now , but he told us to get one made from a factory in Tipton . Called him to say they were ready to collect & he came to do the repair same day !!
It’s nice to see a proper tradesman who does what it says on the packet & he definitely knows his job ! His quote was half the original cost of someone else who came to look at the job who we now think were scammers & charged us £35/ £40 for call out to tell us what we already knew that our spring had broken !!
I wouldn’t think twice about calling max again in fact we thought it was max who we called first , then realised it was the wrong company thanks max very impressed

Mac was brilliant. I had an issue with my shutter not closing via the remote, and he took the time to first go through some simple troubleshooting with me over the phone, giving me the opportunity to see if I could resolve the issue myself.
Once it became clear that the problem was more technical, Mac was able to come out the same day to take a further look. He went through multiple options to diagnose and resolve the issue, making sure he identified the actual problem rather than simply replacing parts unnecessarily.
He also took the time to clearly explain what the different components did and what was causing the issue. He genuinely went above and beyond, and I really didn’t expect the level of service I received.
Couldn’t ask for more and I’m very glad I reached out to him. Would definitely recommend Mac to anyone having issues with their garage shutter.

Brilliant service. I have a garage door from the 1970s that needed replacing the mechanism including snapped cable. First class service from the first contact to fix including fair price. I just sent them a few pictures and they were able to diagnose the issue and came and fixed it. I will recommend to anyone needing a professional first class service. Thank you

When I contact any tradesperson/company, I like to be consulted rather than sold to. I look for them to provide the best option for me, follow my brief and budget - and not what service/product will make them the most margin. With Mac and MD Garage Doors I certainly achieved this. Excellent communication and service to boot! Would 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience all round. Mac was incredibly responsive and professional, answering all my questions and providing clear guidance on what would be best for my needs. What truly stood out, though, was their flexibility. I had to change my order at the last minute, and without hesitation, they accommodated my request. It was such a relief to work with a company that was willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my decision—no hassle, no extra charges, just genuine understanding and support.
The installation process was equally seamless. The fitters arrived right on time, and I couldn’t have been more pleased. They were not only highly skilled but also super polite and respectful of my property. They made sure everything was set up perfectly, and the garage door itself works like a dream—smooth, quiet, and incredibly sturdy.
It’s clear that MD Garage Doors cares about the entire customer experience, from the initial consultation all the way through to the final touches.
Overall, I couldn’t be more impressed. MD Garage Doors delivered a level of service that’s hard to find these days, and I’d wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of garage door installation or repair. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. I will absolutely be returning for any future garage door needs!
