Phoned md garage doors to do a repair to the wire that was fraying ! Max came round within a few hours of phoning and done a great repair and service ,works better now than it
was first installed!! Can highly recommend ,professional throughout many thanks
Had to have max come & repair a broken spring , these were obsolete as of now , but he told us to get one made from a factory in Tipton . Called him to say they were ready to collect & he came to do the repair same day !!
It’s nice to see a proper tradesman who does what it says on the packet & he definitely knows his job ! His quote was half the original cost of someone else who came to look at the job who we now think were scammers & charged us £35/ £40 for call out to tell us what we already knew that our spring had broken !!

Absolutely brilliant service from MD Garage Doors! I called early in the morning as an emergency because my garage door wouldn’t close, and they were able to help straight away.
They provided a great service at a very reasonable price and, most importantly, had the problem fixed the same day. Friendly, professional and reliable from start to finish.

Mac was brilliant. I had an issue with my shutter not closing via the remote, and he took the time to first go through some simple troubleshooting with me over the phone, giving me the opportunity to see if I could resolve the issue myself.
Once it became clear that the problem was more technical, Mac was able to come out the same day to take a further look. He went through multiple options to diagnose and resolve the issue, making sure he identified the actual problem rather than simply replacing parts unnecessarily.
He also took the time to clearly explain what the different components did and what was causing the issue. He genuinely went above and beyond, and I really didn’t expect the level of service I received.
Couldn’t ask for more and I’m very glad I reached out to him. Would definitely recommend Mac to anyone having issues with their garage shutter.

Brilliant service. I have a garage door from the 1970s that needed replacing the mechanism including snapped cable. First class service from the first contact to fix including fair price. I just sent them a few pictures and they were able to diagnose the issue and came and fixed it. I will recommend to anyone needing a professional first class service. Thank you

Our garage’s door is minimum about 25 years old .No any mechanic could touch it and repair it for us so we called many mechanics but they said they can’t repair it .

I searched MD Garage door repair from google and call to Mac number. Mac said send me some of the garage Door pictures. When Mac saw the pictures he said he can Repair it.
Next Day Mac came and within 1:30 minutes he completed his job . Now the door is open and close like new
when we do use .

When I contact any tradesperson/company, I like to be consulted rather than sold to. He came exactly as arranged (having phoned to let me know he was en route). There were several unexpected complications during the job but we found workarounds and everything was completed to my total satisfaction. Despite the complications the original - very reasonable - quoted price was honoured. MD are definitely going into my contacts list.

Recently had a new side hinged garage door and new side gate fitted, Mac was great from the start and on the day of fitting everything went very smooth, great finish and everything was left clean and tidy with a full rundown of the new doors and what to do and not to do. Really happy with my purchase. The team were very professional and I would highly recommend using MD Garage doors to anyone.
