Great service from booking the car in to finish, gave the car a free health check whist it was in and flagged up a couple of issues I wasn't aware of, phoned to tell me the issues and all sorted on the day, 1st time using this garage and will definitely be using it again đ

I took my Range Rover Sport to Finch Autos with an intermittent suspension fault.
They are very professional, courteous with great communication.
They provided a courtesy car as they needed my car for two days.
Their investigations were very thorough and the were in contact with me at each stage advising me of progress, detailing repair costs and seeking approval before continuing any works.
I highly recommend this business and will, undoubtedly, use them again.

Excellent service for my Land Rover. I took my vehicle to Flitch Autos for a service today and was very impressed. The prices were reasonable, and I valued the detailed inspection report they offered. The whole team was outstandingâJosh, Claire, and the other lady whose name I didn't catchâwere all professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experts in their field. It was a fantastic first experience! I will definitely be returning to them in the future.

We had a new timing chain on our discovery sport. Done in a very timely manner and communication was excellent. Sent advisories, with no pressure from them to get this work done. They replaced the chain but I had annother issue with the coolant tank. They took it straight in, as it was under warranty for the chain. It was done and dusted in 24 hrs. Staff are so polite and professional. I would highly recommended this garage.

Everyone is warm and welcoming and Ellie and Claire + Josh have been great! - you find out the price before you book and thereâs no obligation or made to feel guilty or awkward to book (which Iâve felt in the past massively) they listen to anything and everything I say and theyâre fab! Feel like theyâre used to how I am now and panic over everything but I couldnât recommended Fitch Autos more than enough, the experience is smooth sailing all the time, and as a teacher itâs so hard to have flexibility but Fitch always makes sure itâs easy for me to be able to book in and then have my courtesy car - itâs always a quick exchange and if I have to change dates theyâre always really accommodating! One of the main reasons I came to you was because you are reputable for Mercedes - and it still is a fraction of the price that youâre paying for compared to going to Mercedes branch itself. Itâs quick and every update is given by midday and the option to drop off the day before a service and mot and pick up a courtesy then is something thatâs important to me. Couldnât recommend it enough and thatâs why Iâve always and will be going back religiously back for MOT and services with Josh

First time at Fitch Autos and the service I received from the team was great. The professionalism and kindness is on another level. I have no idea about cars and feel mechanics can and do use that to their advantage, however I never got that impression at Fitch Autos. Everything was explained to me. From dropping my car off to picking my car up, it was a smooth process. A special thanks to Eli (sorry if I have spelt her name wrong), she is lovely and provided answer to any questions I had.

Drive past probably 50 plus garages to get to this one and wouldn't go anywhere else. Dropped the car off 48 hours after the initial call with Ellie, who is fantastic on the phone to be fair, and was given a courtesy car while they did their work. Within 2 hours of drop off I had a full detailed report on the recommended works. Another phone call with Ellie who went through the whole list item by item, no pressure to have any of it done whatsoever, honest answers about the urgency of each one (I don't know jack shit about cars and was still fully mobile in their car so was probably ripe to get ripped off) and offered options for interest free monthly payments.
Car went in Thursday and came out fully repaired (about 8 jobs, some complex ones) , MOT'd and running beautifully by Tuesday on a bank holiday weekend. The mechanic I dealt with briefly was clearly a top bloke who knows his shit, had to get access to the car to look for something which they facilitated no problem, checked the prices for the work and they were no higher than average bearing in mind it was done super fast with a free courtesy car and spread over 12 months interest free. Ellie is an absolute class act and id offer her a job tomorrow if I could afford her, to be honest in 15 years of driving (some absolute scrappers aswell) im surprised a garage this good even exists

The injectors on our motorhome on our Ford based motorhome failed, I rang Fitch and they booked it in the same day and replaced the injectors and we picked it up the following day . We had previously been given a price of around ÂŁ4900 by a different garage who advised us that they would need to keep it for a week but couldnât book it in until May 11th , Fitch did it for under half that price. We will definitely be using this garage again , they were brilliant.
