I decided to buy a new Windows 11PC but did not relish the thought of transferring data from my old to new PC so asked SMS to do a home visit to do this task as I had a number of connected devices. They came at the appointed time and watching the whole process I was more than glad that I did not attempt to do this myself as I would have made a complete mess of it. All skillfully carried out with full systems tests carried out at the end. Money well spent by me for an excellent service and my sanity preserved

They replaced the battery in my MacBook Pro at a very reasonable price and all done while I went and had a coffee in town.

Will, Ricky and his team are absolutely superb. I brought my PC (nicknamed FN2187) to them for some major upgrades and they built me an absolute monster! This thing eats FPS for breakfast. So much so, that I might rename it the Death Star 😂
I want to call out Will specifically for going way above and beyond. I swear to god he must've spent several hours liaising with me back and forth, answering any questions I had. His customer care is next level. I am so incredibly stoked with this build. I can't recommend the team at SMS highly enough. Bravo guys. Bravo.

I called when we had a leak, which had gone onto a laptop. From the phone call to arriving at our booking slot to hand over the tablet was very friendly and welcoming. Offered advice and clear expectations of what could and couldn’t be achieved. Once they had taken apart, they worked on it, gave me calls, emails, instructions and support along the way. Would not hesitate to recommend at all!
