His approach to counselling was more reflective, where I did much of the talking rather than having a very interactive style of therapy. At first this was different from what I expected, but it actually helped me a lot. Jeff has a way of getting straight to the point and asking the right questions that make you reflect deeply on your own thoughts and behaviours.
Through those conversations, I started to see certain situations from a different perspective and gradually began making positive changes in how I approached them. Looking back, the sessions were very helpful and gave me tools that stayed with me long after the therapy ended.
