A friendly, reliable and courteous chap providing an excellent and timely service. Our empty was booked in last minute and this was no problem for Bob. Our duplicated payment (made by my error) was also not an issue, this was refunded promptly. Really pleased to have chosen Bob to empty our sceptic tank.
