I work in a care home and we needed some recording sheets that were more person centred that those we were using. Having visited Carly Press when they were in the centre of Wellington I emailed them to get a pricing for the work I had designed. They were quick in response and courteous over the phone. From my initial contact they have shown true professionalism to meet our care home needs. We place an order every quarter and this is usually ready within 3 days. One month, when there was a problem, it was remedied very quickly. If there is ever a delay then we get an email to alert us and apologise. I collect our order, so visit 4 times a year, and am always greeted politely and with my name; making it feel like a friendly family company. I recommend them to friends needing work done and have used them on a personal level also. The standard of their work is high and this is backed up by brilliant customer service.
