I have been a customer of Carly press for several years and cannot fault their customer service, efficiency, and professionalism. The front of house staff couldn't be more helpful and go out of their way to assist, whether it is an important customer with a large order or a simple enquiry, it is dealt with in a friendly and polite manner. Similarly, the graphics, estimating and production departments are extremely knowledgeable and efficient responding to enquiries quickly and in an open and professional manner. In all the years I have been a customer not once have I had cause for complaint or been affronted by an off-hand manner even when my request could cause frustration. In summary, they are a first-class business whose staff are clearly happy with their role in the company and this is reflected in their attitude and efficiency and in my view they have gone from strength to strength over the last few years since they expanded.
