Discover new skills as you explore different ways of using coloured glass and embellishments to achieve your designs. Learn the basic skills required from cutting glass, to combining different glasses and elements to produce your own unique pieces. You will also learn about the kilns used for fusing glass and a basis in firing programmes that will help you to achieve the results you want in your pieces.
Warning – glass fusing can be highly addictive, just ask your tutor Nikki, the owner of Glassification!
This is a BEGINNERS course – Suitable for anyone and everyone, no previous experience is necessary.
What do I need?
Nothing, just bring yourself and make sure you wear a pair of sturdy closed-toed shoes. The workshop can get a bit chilly in the winter so also dress in layers!
All of your glass, materials, tools and a cuppa will be provided.
Half Day Sessions are 10.30 till 12.30, but you are welcome to arrive from 10am and cost £50. Full Day Sessions are 10.30 til 3.30 with an hour break for lunch and cost £80

We will try to make our courses accessible to all, however if you have any disabilities or physical limitations of any kind we ask that you discuss it with us before booking. This course is on the ground floor of our premises but our toilet facilities are only accessed via stairs.
