This review is a little late as I first took one of my vans to Wes and his team February 2024, I was going around in circles and 4 battery’s and 2 alternators later I was suggested to go to WJH and within less than one hour I had a phone call from Wes explaining the problem and later that day I was collecting the vehicle repaired, December 2024 I recently also had a problem with my Mercedes and rang wjh and was spoke to Dane on the phone and he told me to bring the vehicle down later that evening so they could plug it in and diagnose the problem, they diagnosed the problem that evening and ordered the parts also done extra work on the vehicle that I asked to be done got me two new tyres, done a pre mot inspection ensuring the vehicle passed with ease for mot and also got it put through the mot for me all in a matter of 48/72 hours of having the vehicle it was ready to be returned to me and some of the work I had done was very labour intensive so I was very impressed with the turn around from Wes and his team, over the christmas period I dropped one of my other vans down to Wes to be worked on at the start of the year a vehicle that had previously sat with another garage for 4 months telling me the head gasket needs to come off and it’s going to cost a boom, today I have since received a phone call from WJH with the problem being burned out glow plugs and I will have my van back Monday within two days of WJH being open after Christmas they have done what a garage couldn’t do in four months. I have every faith and trust in this business. I have a large fleet of vehicles and from now on I wouldn’t use anybody else and wjh will be dealing with my fleet, You get what you pay for and the customer service and turn around and quality of work from this garage is second to none. I was recommended to go to this garage, as they can fix anything, well most things. I went there for a diagnostic test, well car did, not me personally. Not only was the cost of this test half the price of Nissan in Taunton, but they also fixed the problem there and then. I was expecting just a diagnostic, then have to book car in for the job. Amazing well please with knowledge, service, attentiveness and price.

I am going there about another job this afternoon so I ma sure the assessment and service will be of the same high standard.

I was referred to WJH auto after realising I had a leak from my injectors. They were very helpful and diagnosed the problem was the seals. They kept me updated with any price changes even managed to MOT and rectify the issues with my MOT. I would 100% recommend WJH to anyone a genuine and helpful garage.

Such helpful guys, really kind when my car overheated on the motorway. Did everything they could to try to get me safely home, working beyond their closing time to do so. Sadly there were too many issues to drive it home but they saved me from being stranded on the motorway with their advice. If only all garages were like this! Thank you so much!

5 star service! These guys helped me and my husband today after a stressful motorway drive with the camper van constantly going into limp mode. Can't fault this place, a good mechanic is hard to find, like trying to find hen's teeth, excellent service, gets to the root cause of the problem with anything mechanical,electrical. And if its an easy fix like a tube has come off and just needs re-attatching then you won't be charged, really goes above and beyond..highly recommended 👌

Absolutely fantastic service from these guys on Monday x battery decided to conk out, whilst visiting a client in Burnham no breakdown cover so googled found these guys, they were with me in less than half hour an hour, got taken back to base( dunball) then onto supplier to get new battery and it was fitted too. Cracking value and a lovely bunch xx highly recommended

My brakes failed on a trip to Cardiff from Cornwall so I got lucky when I SOS called them from the service station. Parts were ordered and fitted there and then. They even spotted a nail in one of my tyres and got that sorted too😊
