My first visit at Wjh, a very warm friendly welcome.
A comfortable sitting area where you can view your mot being carried out on the monitor screen.
You are provided with quite frankly the best selection of refreshments I have ever seen in a garage waiting room and also a customer toilet to hand making the experience of waiting comfortable and relaxing!
My mot proceeded on time as I had booked online.
I couldn't fault the experience and have booked to return for a full service.

Absolutely smashing garage, cannot fault at all! Had my van in a different garage for over 2 months, came out with same problem these guys had it for 2 days and problem has been solved along with other issues! Will now be my go to garage for sure! Cheers guys have a good Christmas!

Superb garage. Recommending to all my family and friends. Fair, reasonable, highly capable and very honest; even downgraded my bill a bit for a couple of things they threw in as extras. Also, lovely play area for kids, and coffee station is above and beyond.

Really helpful and friendly team — nothing was too much trouble. They explained everything clearly and got things sorted quickly. Great service all round, and the selection of complimentary drinks and sweets was a lovely touch.

Took a car there that 2 mobile mechanics and a mobile key technician couldn't get started for the last 11 months, with in an hour found the problem and sorted it out for me. Very reasonable rates and a happy service. Many thanks Wesley..

So genuine and trustworthy, couldn’t recommend the guys in WJH Auto enough. Always so welcoming, with great pricing and no bullshit! As a female it’s always so scary going into a male dominated service and having no idea about cars, but Wes and the team are brilliant! I won’t be going anywhere else in the future :)

We have used WJH Autos on three occasions and found them very helpful, friendly and most of all professional. On our first visit they diagnosed a problem that the dealership couldn't find. It took WJH Autos 2 minutes to diagnose and they didn't charge us a penny until the offending part eventually broke down 3 months later. We would definitely recommend WJH Autos.

Car was starting to cause issues on the way to Bristol. Popped in to fix our break issue with such speed. We were back on the road the same day. The mechanics both seem very knowledgeable and were very thorough and given further recommendations if the issue arises again. If these guys weren't so far from our home, we would use them regularly. I thoroughly recommend these guys. Especially since we got turned away from two other garages in the vicinity, and they took the time to help us out.

Brilliant - popped in because my daughter borrowed my car and buggered up the electrics and without a bat of eye, he sorted it.halfords and Citroen had both turned me away
He didn't even charge me (we did give him something for his trouble)

Great service A⭐️ After already having a new battery fitted by another garage that day which didn’t result the issue. I rang WHJ Auto and spoke to Wes who kindly said he would take a look for me straight away. He was very informative and explained what was wrong and advising me on what needed to be done to resolve it. He fitted me in straight away which I was very greatful for. I would highly recommend.

Had an annoying problem with my AC and sometimes overheating, for several years. Been to many garages in that time and paid for several new parts to be fitted, all of which only resolved my problem on a temporary basis. Had I brought my car to these guys first, I would've saved hundreds of pounds as they sorted it at the first time of asking. It's now been several months since that fix and the AC is still working as it should. At last! Thanks
