I can't recommend Scott and Karl highly enough. I contacted them based on a recommendation and their handling from initial contact to delivery of the work exceeded expectation.
From the first meet they used their extensive knowledge to provide us great detail around our options for having a new back door and 2 new double glazed windows. As a new home owner, the explanation on the different types of doors available was in particular useful and it meant by the time my partner and I made our choice we were extremely comfortable and confident with our decision.
When it came to delivering the work we couldn’t have been happier. Scott and Karl stuck to an agreed timeline and were more than accommodating with dates. They fitted our new door and windows to the highest of standards and in the upmost professional manner.
What set them apart from other companies we had out to quote the work was the genuine transparency of the pricing and work involved, as well as the personal touch of knowing that they were the sole point of contact for the work and any communication. Knowing they both had ownership of the service they were quoting and providing made a real difference. I’ll be happily using their services again, and would happily recommend them to anyone else.

Scott and Karl did excellent job taking on unfinished botched tiled roof replacement by previous workman. Really pleased with result and effeciency of way they worked. Highly recommend them. We'll done.

Excellent installation of 17 replacement windows by Scott and Karl of S&K Windows Ltd. Very rarely do you get such an efficient, professional and customer centred service. I found Scott and Karl to be honest, open and friendly whilst always keeping my needs and requirements central to the whole surveying, ordering and fitting process. Exceptional communication kept me updated at all stages. Great to have found such a quality and reliable company who go the extra mile for their customers whilst keeping very competitively priced. I would certainly recommend these guys and use them for any work that might be required in the future.

So pleased with our lovely composite door. It has a classic feel to it but is far more secure than the old door, it completely changes the feel and light coming into our hallway.
The guys also over-boarded our bedroom ceiling and moved the ceiling rose to the centre of the room, so the room is much brighter.
The guys were efficient and cleaned up after themselves, happy to have you guys come back and do some more work in the near future. I will be recommending you to family and friends.
