We ended up eating at Oake Manor after everywhere else we tried was fully booked and so glad that’s how it turned out! The food was delicious, the service was friendly, the views are lovely. It was a really enjoyable meal out and we will definitely be returning.

Played Oake yesterday great experience as usual. Had a a wildflower garden on one of the Tees it was truly amazing never seen a border as beautiful as that. Well done team :)

We visited for a Sunday carvery as we had had such lovely food at our Christmas party. The vegetables were a huge let down - everything tasted overpoweringly of margarine! Also, a lot of it was obviously frozen. Much prefer fresh veg. & don't need to ruin the flavour by adding marg. Probably won't go back for carvery, much nicer food elsewhere. The service as always was outstandingly good though.

We booked for 11people for the night for the Beatles. We all had a great time. The staff was brilliant from start to finish the food buffet was great and very tasty however we all ordered deserts after. and the cakes wasn't the best very sickly. For what you get for £15 with the night is very good just wish there was little cheerful deserts included in the buffet. The Beatles was great but the sound system isn't it was shocking on how it sounded in the other rooms where the tables are and at some parts very distorted hope this isn't the sound system that Venu uses for all there groups as it needs to be fixed. part from this we all would like to say thank you for a great night and we would be back soon for other events :)

We visited for a Sunday Carvery to celebrate my daughters' and my birthday in January. Parking was plentiful and the accessible entrance made getting into the establishment a breeze.
We were shown to our seats and shortly later advised the carvery was ready to begin. The selection of meats was excellent, Turkey, Beef, Gammon and Pork, along with a selection of vegetables (although no Peas -we''ll come back to that), fantastic Yorkshire puddings too.
I was nearly finished when the subject of a lack of peas came up again, and looking over at another table I noticed the customers plate had - you guessed it - PEAS. Where were they hiding?
It was still a great meal, in relaxed environment with family and worth the money.

We had a baby shower at Oake Manor on 8th of Feb and every1 there was so nice by the time we left we were all a little bit tipsy but nothing was ever a iusses for the staff really helpfully they made the day better x
