Anna was absolutely amazing, from the start of the process she made sure to explain everything to us clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. We are first time buyers so this extra assurance was very much appreciated. This meant that we felt well informed making all of our decisions in relation to the mortgage and we were confident in proceeding. Mortgage first were extremely efficient and the mortgage application process was seamless. Everything was dealt with quickly and ran smoothly.
