Their communication was really great. They always kept me updated on how things were going with my mortgage. What I liked most was that they explained things clearly, even when the financial stuff seemed confusing. They found several good mortgage options and helped me pick the one that worked best for me. An excellent service throughout. We felt very reassured throughout the whole mortgage application process. Everyone we dealt with was professional, positive and reassuring. What a great company they helped me get my first mortgage and my second remortgage. They went above and beyond for me making sure everything was done and submitted on time. With some hard circumstances I had to my name with credit. They still worked hard and secured me a mortgage and went way out there way I will always use them and refer them. James went out of his way to help us. With the first property we found there were some issues with foam that had been used in the loft for insulation. James diligently spoke to a large number of mortgage companies to see if they would issue a mortgage on the property. This data was invaluable when speaking to the vendor's agent about the property.
