Don’t you find that organising travel is time consuming, frustrating and full of confusing travel jargon. Don’t worry, I am on hand to help. My name is Jill, a personal Travel Counsellor based in Wellington, Somerset and welcome to my webpage. I have a passion for travel, with an extensive knowledge of the industry and a desire to provide exceptional customer service. Whether travelling for business or pleasure, I will ensure all arrangements are made with minimal fuss, tailored to the individual requirements of the traveller and at a cost that suits.

I specialise in complex itineraries and enjoy getting stuck in to the most challenging of trips. My background in Corporate and Marine travel has made me an expert in unusual requests and last minute panics.

Considering the finer details of holiday destinations and helping customers to make the most out of their travel is often overlooked. I help people seize every opportunity to enjoy their holiday to the fullest and make everlasting memories.

I keep up to date with the latest developments in the travel industry and am an active member of the ITM (Institute of Travel and Meetings). I regularly attend seminars and conferences to ensure that I am current with the latest travel trends, adding value to the overall customer experience.

On a personal level, I have travelled all over the world with a tour around China being a particular highlight. Having lived in Cyprus and the Falkland Islands, I was able to travel extensively within each country and as such, I have particular expertise in and around those areas.

So get in touch and let me take the strain out of your arranging your next trip.
