We’ve used Carleton Lord extensively for our home (every room) over the past 4 years and they’ve also carpeted three of my offices. Work is always carried out to an incredibly high standard and from initial measure through to fit, it’s clear that our custom is valued. It’s great to support a local family business where customer service is still very much top of the agenda.

A supremely helpful and professional service from start to finish. The showroom staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The stock is fantastic - really worth a look. The carpet fitter arranged by Carlton Lord was there own and did a perfect job. Highly recommended and to top it off, they're independent.
