I contacted Broomhead & Saul looking for help getting a power of attorney and Will drawn up as I have a very unwell family member in hospital. Nothing was too much trouble
Throughout the entire matter David Chapman and his staff were kind, thoughtful and understanding, without ever being patronizing. During the protracted purchasing of a property, caused by problems of one type or another with a rather long chain, David and staff were always on the ball and genuinely cared for us and worked to an eventually successful outcome.

I needed something urgently doing today and had tried a number of other firms who just gave me an email address to contact them by with this particular request. This was totally the opposite here and within 20 mins I had seen the solicitor, given her the info needed and later in the afternoon I had what I needed.
I cannot thank them enough because this allows me to push on with a really important bit of work for my business. Other Solicitors take note - do your best to help with the small stuff then you can be assured of getting the big stuff in the future.
I will be using them again without doubt.

I've used Broomhead and Saul a number of times over the years and have always found their service to be nothing short of exemplary. Andrew is so attentive and very quick with all my requirements. Everyone I've met there from the Receptionist to the senior partners are very courteous and professional... Highly recommend them.
The building is very accessible and they will even move rooms around to accommodate mobility issues. There are a number of disabled bays in the road opposite, but get there early to bag one.
