We have had great support in the sale of my mother-in-law's house, the setting up of a property will trust, good advice regarding the need to seek proper financial advice and in dealing with changes to the trust (retirements and appointments).
The whole process from start to finish has involved excellent communication over roughly six months. Many individuals have helped, but on the house sale, Russell Munster has supported us tirelessly and Suzi Koszler-Allen has been equally helpful with the trust matters.
Others who have helped this process include Jena Norrell and Liz Mitchell and apologies to anyone else involved who hasn't had a mention.
I can safely say that all of our interactions with Amicus Law have been positive and reflect well, meaning that I have no hesitation in recommending Amicus Law.

This is my second time that I have used Amicus Law in Bridgewater to do the conveyancing of my sale and onward buy. I cannot sing their praises enough.
Emily House has been simply amazing. So approachable, easy to get hold of, so kind, totally non-judgemental, very efficient and capable in all aspects. Again she has navigated what became (to me) such problem fraught circumstances!

Had an initial appointment, with Rebecca Roberts, to give me information, on what the school should be doing, regarding my sen child. The amount the school have done since, all the advise, I'd be given, has been incredible. Just want to thank you, for given me so much well needed information, in the 40 minutes, I had with you. Visited the Wellington office for a family situation. Had a meeting with a lady called Sophie. Extremely helpful and explained the law jargon to me in a way I could understand and help my self in court. Honest and straight to the point just what I needed. Amicus Law administered an estate where I was one of the executors and I found them to be very approachable from the outset. I was kept updated at all times and the matter was completed well within the time estimate they had given me. There were a number of complicated issues which arose during the administration of the estate, and these were fully and clearly explained to me, which enabled me to make the necessary decision without feeling I would be second guessed as to how I fulfilled my role as executor at a later date. I would highly recommend them if you would like a hassle free and reasonably priced reliable service.

Tamara at Amicus Law was great, she was very helpful and professional. My house purchase was very compilated and couldn't go ahead in the end as the survey showed that the house was not insurable, but Tamara was quick to get back to me and chase people up for me. I would use Amicus Law again

Andrea at Martock is highly recommended. How many solicitors do you know get back to you quickly, well Andrea does! She informs you if she is out of the office and her work is thorough, diligent and fast. She is a true professional in all senses of the word. No she isn't paying me and I don't work for Amicus but I have used Andreas services 3 times now and she can't be faulted. I went through a harrowing divorce/house sale and she made things so much easier for me! If I need to I will use her again without hesitation.

Helen was called upon by one of the nurses caring for my dad that was suffering with mesothelioma. Helen came to see us in person and in the time she had with us she gave dad a true and honest insight into what could happen with his case. Helen did more for us in two weeks than one "big" law firm did for my dad in more than a year. We only wish we had met Helen so much sooner. 6 years on Helen remains a very meaningful individual in our lives. Helen helped with matters outside of dad's mesothelioma case including pension and death in service which weren't even matters my dad had considered. It was obvious she did all she could to help us and we can never thank her enough. A true gold service I wish we were all lucky enough to receive as a bare minimum! No everyone is as lucky as us.
