Sutton Coldfield-headquartered Ark Media has already produced event videos, explainer animations and educational social media content for Dains.
That work will continue under Ark’s studio retainer package.
As Dains continues to grow nationally, the firm wanted a partner to handle its ongoing marketing content, freeing its team to focus on other priorities.
Ark manages the whole process, from planning to capturing content, so Dains no longer has to do it in-house.
The executive package works on a credit system. Dains can request videos at any point in the year as new opportunities and needs arise, without committing to specific projects in advance.
That flexibility lets the firm adapt its video content as its business priorities change.
Dains’ national footprint has taken Ark’s team to the firm’s offices in Birmingham, London and Scotland.
The work has included professional photography, live action video, sustainability content and live streaming support.
The content is designed to showcase Dains’ expertise, strengthen its online presence and support its recruitment.
Ark said it also helps humanise the business online, something more corporate firms are now building into their marketing strategies.
Graham Allsopp, managing director of Ark Media Group, said: “Managing video from scratch is a massive drain on internal resources for a rapidly growing firm.
“Our retainer takes that entire burden off Dains’ desk, handling everything from UK-wide shoots to final edits, so their team can stay focused on core business priorities while still delivering regular, high-impact content.”
Duncan Clayson, group marketing director at Dains, said: “Ark Media Group have helped organise our video marketing from start to finish, meaning we don’t have to worry about in-house content creation or planning.
“Their experience, high-quality footage and knowledge of the video industry mean our videos resonate with our clients and clearly communicate the messages we want to get out there.”
