One of the UK’s most established providers of sports event timing, results and live data, HS Sports brings more than 40 years of experience across athletics, motorsport, cycling, equestrian sport and mass participation running.
Its portfolio includes work at the 1992 Summer Olympic Games, Winter Olympics in Lillehammer and Salt Lake City, and more than three decades delivering services at World Athletics Championships.
The partnership formalises HS Sports long-standing involvement with the Royal Sutton Fun Run, where the team has supported registration services and timing systems for many years.
Working alongside the Fun Run directors, HS Sports will now play a wider role in the organisation and delivery of the event, ensuring it continues to be professionally managed while retaining its friendly, community-focused atmosphere.
Graham Smith, director at HS Sports, said the company "is proud to be working more closely with the Fun Run, building on what already works well and enhancing the experience for everyone involved".
Nicola Davies, director of the Royal Sutton Fun Run, welcomed the partnership, highlighting HS Sports' "deep understanding of the event and shared commitment to delivering a safe, welcoming and enjoyable day for the whole community".
She added: "We are very excited for the new partnership, which allows this iconic Sutton event to continue its incredible fundraising journey for another year.
"This will be the 43rd running of the event and it has so far raised in excess of £5.6m for local charities and voluntary organisations across the Midlands.
"The experience and expertise that HS brings to the event will put us in a great position to deliver another standout event on 31 May."
