Published Poet To Perform At Sutton Coldfield Expo 2019

Gerald Kells is a published poet and author who recently performed at the first food and music festival on Barr Beacon called Rock the Beacon Festival.  He has taken part in poetry performances across the West Midlands and, on Saturday 28th September, he will be performing for the Sutton Coldfield Town Council BID at Expo 2019.   Amongst Gerald`s publications are poems in various anthologies including "LI - 51 Poems" which is either available at Gerald`s readings or online.  Last year Gerald helped organise an Arts Poetry reading at the internationally important Walsall Art Gallery and he was subsequently involved in the PoARTry Project in Stourbridge qwhich led to publication of "Nine Etchings" with Fran Wilde.   His story, "Something to his left", was published in Twisted Little Sister and his teen novel, "The Net Mender`s Son", is available as an e-book from Smashwords.  Gerald`s unpublished novel, "The Floating Child", was listed in the Cornerstones "Wowfactor Competition.     Gerald also writes plays.  His short plays have been produced in London and the Midlands.  His full-length play, "The e-mail history of Josef K" was listed for the Manchester Royal Exchange`s Bruntwood Prize.
