Adoptive families face unique challenges that go beyond love and commitment.
Many parents need practical, everyday skills - in technology, financial management, and communication - to give their children the stable, confident upbringing they need.
The charity is encouraging businesses who has these skills to assist parents and become a Community Learning Partner, sharing real-world expertise in short, accessible sessions for adoptive families.
In return, the agency will promote businesses and their impact on the Adoption Focus website and social media channels while gathering parent testimonials.
Robert Mitchell, fundraising manager at Adoption Focus, said: “We are very excited about the potential impact that this Programme could make in the lives of the families and children that we support.
“We look forward to working with early partners to help us shape what the programme becomes.”
