A new gym is inviting visitors to its grand opening on Saturday – following a £250,000 investment in the facility.

Built Unique Co, the newest addition to Sutton Coldfield’s town centre, offers fitness facilities and classes for every experience level.

The gym offers small group classes, sustainable nutrition plans and one-to-one coaching with a focus on individual goals and building confidence.

The opening of Built Unique Co follows January’s announcement that Sutton Coldfield Town Centre BID will commence its third term, with a focus on investing in Sutton.

The grand opening will offer visitors the opportunity to tour the facility, take part in free open gym sessions, 121 no sweat consultations, live demos from fitness professionals and sample a variety of nutritious food and drink.

There will also be prizes, promotions, and merchandise to giveaway, including a one-month free membership to the gym.

Local businesses are invited to visit and complete a grand tour of new facilities with owner Gary Smith, who will be on hand to answer questions and detail the potential benefits and opportunities to local businesses.

Gary (pictured), who has over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, said: “At Built Unique Co, the ‘Co’ stands for community rather than company and we couldn’t be more excited to embody this concept by making a big impact on the local community and opening in the heart of Sutton Coldfield. There couldn’t be a better place to trial our ‘high street gym’ concept.

Built Unique Co is opening in the former Blockbusters in Birmingham Road, Sutton Coldfield, at the junction with Manor Hill.
