Sutton Coldfield gym Built Unique will host a fully inclusive event featuring guided breathwork and Wim Hof style ice barrels in a bid to help visitors transform their mental health.
Sessions will be held at 10.30am, 11.30am and 1pm on Saturday 10 June at Built Unique Co’s gym at 10 Birmingham Road.
Built Unique Co. have partnered with Zenful Men to offer an introduction to the wellness trend that swept the nation - Ice Bathing.
Built Unique Co. are offering this guided session which includes a focus on breathwork.
This technique has been shown to improve mental health, reduce stress and contribute positively to one’s physical health.
The qualified team have had their powerful and effective workshops featured on BBC and at Gymshark Lifting Clubs and specifically specialise in teaching the method of cold-water therapy and Breathwork.
Attendees can expect an introduction, thorough tutorial from the expert team followed by immersion, supervised by Sam Neath the founder of Zenful Men.
