A long-standing fun run which takes place in Sutton Coldfield is celebrating its 40th anniversary by reverting to its original name.
The Royal Sutton Fun Run is taking place on Sunday 29 May.
It is returning after a two-year absence caused by the pandemic.
The popular event is marking its 40th anniversary by reverting to its original name, having been known as the Great Midlands Fun Run in recent years.
Cookes Furniture – a long-time supporter of the event – is again a key sponsor and will be offering practical support before, during and after the event.
With the retirement of two directors this year, Cookes has taken the opportunity to up its support for the event.
Managing director James Pike and marketing director and Vanessa Hoe have been appointed as directors of the Royal Sutton Fun Run.
