Midlands estate agency Edwards & Gray has marked its fifth anniversary with the launch of two new offices.
Established in 2020, Edwards & Gray has grown from its Coleshill headquarters into a trusted name across the region, combining decades of estate agency experience with a commitment to personal, professional service.
The firm – a member of the Royal Sutton Coldfield Chamber of Commerce - represents a significant chapter for the business.
Director Charlotte Edwards leads the new Lichfield office, bringing her local expertise and connections to a city she calls home.
Meanwhile, Alex Pawlowski, who has been with Edwards & Gray since its earliest days, heads up the Solihull branch.
Charlotte said: “When we launched Edwards & Gray five years ago, our goal was to create an agency that put people first.
“To see how far we’ve come - growing our team, opening new offices and helping so many clients move - has been incredible.
“We’re especially proud of this last year and are excited about what the next five will bring.”
To celebrate the anniversary, Edwards & Gray are hosting a private event with close family, friends and colleagues.
