The initiative builds on three years of success in developing senior professionals’ capabilities to design and execute client-focused strategies.
The 12-month programme, will run from April 2026 to March 2027, is aimed at experienced business leaders, heads of teams, marketing professionals and aspiring senior leaders across sectors including legal, financial, property and other professional services.
The cohort focuses on leadership development, strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, and the practical application of client experience principles within organisational contexts.
With places limited to eight participants, the cohort creates a high-trust, confidential environment.
All participants sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), ensuring that discussions, insights, and shared experiences remain exclusively within the group.
Shaun, who is also vice-president of Royal Sutton Coldfield Chamber of Commerce, said: “Many leaders are responsible for customer experience outcomes but do not have access to structured, peer-led development forums where they can explore challenges openly and apply learning directly to their business,”.
“This cohort provides exactly that space; a place to develop confidence, refine strategic thinking, and implement insights in a practical, high-impact way.”
The cohort offers participants an opportunity to learn from peers across sectors while enhancing the skills required to deliver customer-focused strategies successfully.
Sessions are held online for three hours each month, with reflection and application encouraged between meetings.
The programme concludes with an in-person graduation event in March 2027, celebrating the cohort’s achievements and progress.
Shaun added: “Being part of the Chamber gives me a unique insight into the challenges local business leaders face.
“This cohort allows those leaders to build the practical skills and confidence required to execute impactful client strategies while learning from a curated, high-calibre peer group.”
Applications for the 2026 cohort are now open, with a deadline for submissions on Friday 27 March 2026.
Monthly investment is £195, with an advance payment option of £1,995.
