Local business leaders, tech innovators, and growth-minded SMEs are invited to a one-day conference which is set to explore how businesses can drive efficiency, improve security, and make smarter investments in today’s evolving digital world.
The conference, named as ‘Thrive 25’ will take place on Wednesday 18 June at the Moor Hall Hotel, Sutton Coldfield. This free conference is hosted by EBS.
With a practical agenda tailored for small to mid-sized enterprises, Thrive25 will feature expert-led sessions covering AI in the workplace, cybersecurity, cloud hosting, and how to identify when business systems are holding growth back.
It also includes a customer panel featuring long-term and new clients sharing honest insights about their tech journey and partnership with EBS.
Attendees will gain clarity on modern challenges like IT infrastructure in hospitality, funding and tax-saving opportunities, and using AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to enhance everyday productivity.
The agenda also highlights support avenues including The Cyber Resilience Centre for the West Midlands, Made Smarter, and R&D tax group - all critical levers for innovation and funding in the SME space.
The event is sponsored by CyberSmart, helping UK businesses achieve Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus certifications.
Sandy Robinson, managing director at EBS, said: “Thrive25 is about giving businesses the space and tools to reflect, refresh, and refocus.
“We know how hard it is for growing companies to navigate the tech landscape. This event is designed to cut through the noise and deliver clear, actionable insight that drives better outcomes – whether you're streamlining operations or preparing for your next phase of growth.”
As EBS celebrates 45 years of delivering trusted IT and business management solutions, Thrive25 also marks a milestone moment to reflect on how technology has changed – and what’s next.
The event is free to attend for decision-makers, business owners, and operational leads. Spaces are limited and early registration is recommended.
