The session comes in preparation for Neurodiversity Celebration Week (17-23 March), which celebrates the strengths and talents of neurodivergent individuals worldwide.

The Listening Centre was Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce's Business of the Year 2025.

"Supporting neurodivergent employees isn't about collecting diagnoses or creating special categories," said Sharon, a BACP Accredited counsellor with 23 years' experience.

"It's about understanding how different brains work and creating conditions where everyone can do their best work."

The 60-minute masterclass, HR Masterclass: 'Aren't We All Neurodivergent?' will equip HR professionals and leaders with practical strategies that support people without requiring labels or formal diagnoses.

Attendees will explore what actually counts as neurodivergent, how to help people thrive without boxing them into categories, and how to turn insight into everyday neuro-inclusive practices that benefit entire teams.

Sharon (pictured), cited by BBC Radio 4 as delivering "gold standard" ethical practice, has been invited as an expert witness to the National Commission for the Future of Counselling and Psychotherapy in 2026.

The virtual HR masterclass takes place on Monday 16 March (2pm to 3pm) and is free to attend.
