Video production company Ark Media spent a magical day with Santa recording personalised Christmas messages for children to raise funds for Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity.
More than 100 personalised messages were recorded by Santa for those who had pre booked and will be distributed to the lucky recipients before the big day.
Luke Manley, regional fundraiser for Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity, said: “Santa and Ark Media donated their time and skills to the project which meant that 100% of the funds raised could go directly to helping sick kids. Covid-19 has made fundraising even more challenging.
"Efforts such as this mean we can carry on supporting the work of our NHS heroes and do more to support research, cutting-edge technology and creating the very best environments for our sick children.”
Phil Arkinstall, CEO at Ark Media and president of the Sutton Coldfield Chamber of Commerce, said: “It’s great to be able to give back especially at this time of year and Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity is an organisation that is local to us and providing fantastic facilities and support to children and their families.”
